What Happens After I Submit the Contact Form?I’ll contact you within 24-48 business hours to schedule your first appointment. During our chat, we’ll discuss your goals and get to know each other. You’ll receive an email requesting your insurance details or a link to join your secure client portal for payment if you’re not using insurance. I accept Aetna, UnitedHealthCare, Anthem BCBS, BCBS of Texas, Kaiser Permanente and Quest Behavioral Health Insurance. You’ll also need to complete some intake paperwork before our first session.

How Often Will We Meet?We can meet either weekly or bi-weekly for 50-minute therapy sessions. I know that as a busy professional, it can be hard to find the time for therapy. This is why I have openings in my calendar in the afternoons and evenings so we can meet after your work day is done.

How Much Does Work Stress Therapy Cost?Therapy with me costs $165/individual 50-minute session. For corporate workshops, please reach out to get a custom quote.
