What Happens After I Submit the Contact Form?I’ll be in touch within 24-48 business hours to schedule your first appointment. During our chat, we’ll get to know each other better and discuss your goals. You’ll receive an email asking for your insurance details or, if you’re not using insurance, an email to join your secure client portal where you’ll be able to submit your payment. I currently accept Aetna and UnitedHealthCare Insurance. You’ll also have to complete some intake paperwork before our first session.

How Often Will We Meet?We can meet either weekly or bi-weekly for 50-minute therapy sessions. I know that as a busy professional, it can be hard to find the time for therapy. This is why I have openings in my calendar in the afternoons and evenings so we can meet after your work day is done.

How Much Does Work Stress Therapy Cost?Therapy with me costs $165/individual 50-minute session. For corporate workshops, please reach out to get a custom quote.
