Adult ADHD & Autism (AuDHD) Assessments

You've mastered pushing through stress. Now it's time to understand your brain.

Is it Really Just Anxiety?

You've done the things you were "supposed" to do: built a career, taken on responsibility, maybe even gone to therapy, listened to the podcasts, read the books. And yet..your brain still feels like it's. running a marathon every day.

If you’re a high‑achieving professional who rides the cycle of hyper‑focus → burnout → shame, has a “27 tabs open” brain, and feels extra sensitive to noise, meetings, and constant demands, you might have started to wonder:

“Is this just stress and anxiety…or is my brain wired differently?”

For many adults, undiagnosed ADHD, autism, or AuDHD (both) has been part of the story all along. Getting clear on this isn’t about chasing a label—it’s about finally understanding how your brain actually works so you can stop fighting yourself and start working with your wiring.

What's Included and Timeline

Your investment: $1,150

Structured in two parts so you don't pay everything at once.

Intake & Screening

  • A focused appointment to clarify your history, current concerns, and goals.

  • We talk about anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, masking, and how all of this has shown up across work, school, and relationships.

  • Together we decide whether a full ADHD/autism assessment is likely to be helpful and appropriate for you.

Comprehensive Cherry AADI Assessment

  • A 180‑minute in‑depth clinical interview using the Cherry Adult ADHD‑Autism Diagnostic Interview (Cherry AADI), tailored for adults.

  • A thorough review of your information, including differential diagnosis and comparison with DSM‑5 criteria for ADHD, autism, and common look‑alikes.

  • A comprehensive diagnostic report written in clear language, which you can use with other providers, schools, or workplaces when appropriate.

  • A 30‑minute follow‑up session to walk through findings, answer questions, and go over individualized recommendations and next steps.

Report timeline: Your diagnostic report is typically completed and ready to review within 2–4 weeks of your assessment appointment.

What This Assessment Is (and Isn't)

This is not a five- minute quiz and a quick "yep, sounds like ADHD."

You've always felt different- the constant mental chatter, procrastination cycles, or that nagging feeling that your brain works differently than everyone else's. Maybe you're wondering: What if there's actually a reason for all of this?
