Welcome to my very first blog!! For those of you who do not know me yet. My name is Torre Boyd and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Through my practice (Master Plan Therapy) I provide tele-therapy for high achieving perfectionists aka the "P's". I myself am a recovering "P". And like myself you can take action to become aware of these traits and to see if these traits still serve you.
What to Expect from this blog
This blog will meet at the intersection between high-achievers, perfectionism and taking messy action. This blog will share with you the different aspects of high-achievers perfectionism and taking actions that you can take to make changes in your life.
